Agast’s Weapons Forge

Some stories stay on the page. Others leave a physical trace.

Together with my creative partner and Arnaud, the professional French blacksmith behind L’Ombre et la Flamme, we launched an unusual project: bringing Agast’s weapons from Book One of Blodium into the real world.

This page gathers the first workshop session and will follow the different stages of the forge, from raw steel and early shaping to future videos around the project.

A real collaboration around the Blodium universe

Beyond the novels, Blodium continues to expand through concrete, visual, and handmade projects. The forging of Agast’s weapons is one of those extensions: not a simple reference or decorative prop, but a real craft experiment shaped with a professional blacksmith to come as close as possible to the spirit and physical presence of the weapons imagined in the book.

Arnaud — L’Ombre et la Flamme

Arnaud is a professional French blacksmith. His workshop, L’Ombre et la Flamme, brings together forging, knifemaking, and handmade metalwork. His expertise made this first stage possible and helped translate fictional weapons into physical shapes, materials, and gestures.
